Therapy for Adults
A relational and insight-oriented approach to support growth, healing, and clarity.
Therapy with adults provides a reflective and supportive space to examine patterns, make meaning of experiences, and move toward greater emotional and relational well-being. Sessions are attuned to your individual goals and paced to support safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive frameworks, integrating psychodynamic insight, mindfulness-based practices, and cognitive-behavioral tools. Whether you're managing stressors in the present or processing past experiences, we will work collaboratively toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and change.
Focus areas may include:
Anxiety, depression, and chronic stress
Relationship or attachment concerns
Life transitions, grief, or loss
Healing from trauma or family-of-origin issues
Identity exploration, including cultural, spiritual or intergenerational dynamics
What to expect:
We’ll begin with an intake session to understand what brings you to therapy and what you'd like to work on. From there, we’ll set goals and pace our work based on your needs. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your preference and availability.
