Therapy for Kids

Supporting emotional development through therapeutic play and connection.

Sessions are tailored to your child’s developmental stage and often include play, art, or stories to help them express themselves. Therapy supports emotional regulation, coping skills, and behavioral growth.

Focus areas may include:

  • Emotional dysregulation or impulsivity

  • Anxiety, phobias, or separation concerns

  • Trauma or adjustment to significant life changes

  • Parent-child attachment and relational patterns

  • Social skills and peer difficulties

What to expect:

The first session (intake) is held with parents or caregivers only. This allows us to go over concerns, history, and goals together. Ongoing sessions will be with your child. You’re always welcome to join if your child requests it or if we feel it would be helpful.
